The Budget / Estimate feature and the development team's engagement with users. I use the budget tool daily to calculate and document the scope of work and budget for our customer's projects. I can select the line items to include in a proposal, showing/hiding the information I want the customer to see. The most helpful part is the nested groups and tasks. Within the budget, I can have lots of detailed line items organized in multiple layers of groups. Then show the customer only the top 1-2 level of groups. The Selections feature is also good, I can give the customer options they can choose from on the proposal. They can choose to add or remove optional bits of scope from the project. I love all the features that Contractor+ offers. It's extremely easy to set up and get to know the layout of how everything runs and works. Especially when you sign up for a demo. I have reached out multiple times and they always respond quickly, great customer service. I have used many small accounting and larger ERP systems. None work like Acumatica. When I said this system was written to run in the cloud - I really mean it. You can tell the company worked hard with industry experts to plan, design, and then program a software solution. This is not legacy software attempting to run in the cloud.
You can import and export from any system screen. Most common user screens have the ability with one click like sales order but for power users you can easily hit any screen/table you want.
I required very fancy customer discounts. This was the only system that could handle it.

What is most helpful with Handoff is the ability to provide a constrction, remodel, home repair bid or quotes for jobs in minutes instead of days! And that I am able to provide this from the downloaded app on my phone or from my laptop. The convience of having both is amazing. I personally use the app on my phone more since I'm able to enter the information needed while still on the job site. Another feature that makes Handoff great is that if I need to make changes to material or labor, all I have to do is type out the changes in the "Use Handoff AI" bar and the AI makes the necessary changes for me and updating the materials cost and manhours needed. While I am just using the Handoff Cost Estimator, I am seriously considering upgrading to the Handoff Business Subscription so that I can have access to change orders, invoices, and other premium features. I find Higharc to be most helpful due to its interactiveness, organization, and ease of use. The organization of Higharc makes it easier to learn as well as locate different settings/options. The usability of the entire interface also contributes to how interactive and organized the entire system is. Once I understood how the CDM and studio files worked it made things more simplified and quicker to design. What is most helpful to me is that there aren't a lot of extra menus to click through to send out nice-looking proposals to homeowners. The interface is very user-friendly, and the Knowify support team is always an email or call away to help answer any questions you might have. It offers many features to stay organized with invoicing, bills, scheduling, and many other things contractors need to be on top of to remain profitable. This will change how your contracting business is run, and you will find yourself using the software daily. I've been using this AI-based program, Togal.AI, for about a year now, and it has completely transformed the way I do takeoffs in the painting field. Before this, I was doing everything the old-school way—paper plans, calculator, roller wheel, highlighters, and rulers. It was time-consuming and inefficient. On a good day, I could finish 2 to 4 smaller jobs. Larger or multi-family projects could take up to a week or more.
Since switching to Togal.AI, my workflow has drastically improved. I can now complete small projects in just 30 minutes to an hour, and larger ones in 2 to 3 hours, including time spent reviewing the specifications. The program is incredibly user-friendly, and the ease of integration into our existing systems and workflow was seamless.
