After using Seamless.AI for one year, I was charged $2,200 for a renewal I did not authorize and was never notified about. Despite reviewing all email folders and running a full Office 365 audit, I found no record of any notice being sent — which is required by law (Florida Statute § 501.165).

When I reached out to Seamless.AI, they claimed they sent emails but couldn’t prove delivery or that I received them. They are refusing to issue a refund, even though they are legally required to notify me 30–60 days before renewal for an annual contract. This is not a simple oversight — it’s a documented pattern of aggressive billing and zero accountability, based on countless reviews I’ve now seen from others in the same situation. What do you like best about Instantly?

When it's working (which doesn't seem often), it's a great platform to send cold emails. Their warm-up process seems to keep the emails out of spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

I’ve been paying for the “done-for-you” email accounts and using Instantly to send cold emails, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked most of the time. The email accounts stopped functioning, which means no emails are being sent — yet I’m still being charged.

Support has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It takes 12+ hours to get a reply, and you’re stuck dealing with what seems to be AI bots rather than a real person. After nearly two weeks of no email activity, they've acknowledged the issue and said they needed to replace the inboxes and restart the warm-up process — which takes another 2–4 weeks. But even now, the new inboxes haven’t been set up.

Given how essential deliverability and uptime are for cold outreach, this level of support and system failure is unacceptable. I’d recommend choosing a platform with a more reliable infrastructure and responsive human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ramp up will be extremely slow. Sending volume per domain is ultra low to ensure maximum deliverability. We are 1 month in and all inboxes are at a 100% sending score. Expect that your 2-3 weeks will be very slow with significant ramp up by end of the first month.

What do you like best about Keyplay?

We got Keyplay so we can understand who our best target accounts are and could be for outbound prospecting. Our initial engagement was an eye-opener and we learned so much about our ICP and how they could help with running a real ABM strategy based on our current customers and prospects in our pipeline.

Keyplay had all the signals we were looking for and more and allowed us to build a comprehensive scoring model around our target accounts so we could spend less time spraying and praying and more time for our teams to achieve outbound success.
