Php documentor is a great tool to generate documentation from the source code

- Php documentor has multiples templates in order to have the documentation nicer to the user view. - Php documentor is able to interpretate the information in order to create graphs and reports. - Php documentor has an important section to report all the `TODO` that are places in the code. - Php documentor create the entire wiki for all the functions; even the constructor and constants for each class.
