We needed to create for the first time a knowledge base for our customers and help them find answers to all the questions they typically ask. So a part of the project was writing the FAQs, and then the second part was creating some help articles that guide users on the use of different features. We had the information available, the point was for someone to organize them, update them, and then also write some new ones. Keeping our knowledge base organized is no easy task.
They come with their content ideas and respond fast to email requests. Also, they are happy to add my content ideas to write about this. The content well created, and the style is friendly to read.
