CodinGame makes the recruitment process smoother and faster thanks to a very user-friendly interface and a good accuracy in the appraisal of competent developers. The technical tests have predefined coding questions as well as customizable ones such as the "gaming" questions that make the assessment more fun for the candidates!

Just recently they added a new feature - video recording when the applicant leaves the coding environment. That way recruiters can easily see how much time the applicant spent coding each task, and how many times he left the environment (and for how long he was gone). That is super interesting and very useful. Other than that, platform is easy to use, with appealing desing. The good thing is that it sends reminders to candidates so you don't have to.

I would highly recommend Codingame. As a non-technical person (I am not a developer), I am able to send and interpret results in a very easy manner.
