We Loved the fantastic IdeaBox and feedback portal feature. This will help us to cater to all the ideas apart from the definite features. Makes our idea management process relatively easy and smooth. The whole user research and roadmap pillars keep the PM aware of the trajectory of a product.

I love the Idea Box as well as the Feedback portal, especially the private customer portals that will ensure we will be able to allow only select few to view and discuss the ideas our customers write in to us.
