From everything that Chisel has to offer, I prefer the new AI tech they've introduced exactly where a PM needs it. The AI Assistant's availability to utilize ideas for multiple purposes helps me get to the core of the idea and prioritize it accordingly. AI-generated feature descriptions are also one of my favourites and most used by our team.

Within days of signing up, we were assigned a team member to take us through the workspace. Once we got used to the system, the usage became simpler. In the last couple of months, we've used the Classify ideas with AI, and it has been a game changer for us. We can quickly add labels to the ideas, track and get them sorted within seconds. This has saved us a lot of time, with 100% accuracy rate.

We love the integrated AI approach Chisel has taken. It has reduced many of our discrepancies and saved our time without having to rely on any external source to help us. Tools such as Capture Ideas, which analyze our tickets from Zendesk, which is our primary tool, are just the right features we needed. The UI is straightforward and refreshing, which is an added benefit.
