Good work by the team at BetterBugs.io. It's fast, it's timely, and takes away a whole lot of trouble from my painstaking workflows. I'm a marketer and I work with websites and tools rigorously. Here's where BetterBugs has helped me: 1. Meetings & Long Slack Messages. If I had to explain an error or a chart or anything for that matter, it took a 30-min call which ended with a lot of questions and opinions. Now, I can just hit RECORD and scribble stuff that I want to show. Similarly, I don't have to explain anything via long Slack text bricks since visual aid does the job. 2. DEV Logs. Many-a-times, my fellow engineering colleagues can't reproduce the same bug that I encounter. That's bcoz I sometimes check it in incognito or I may have not cleared my cache.. there are plenty many reasons.
