WeCP helped to reduce the time taken in the entire interview process. We were able to pick suitable candidates for next level based not only upon theoretical but also scenario based and practical questions that they answered. The UI was user friendly. I love the coding tasks that they provide for candidates. They are moderately difficult but crisp and interesting. Most of the candidates tried and solved but with different levels and approaches. We could close 8 developer openings in a week's time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part is that WeCP has great questions and it is slightly easy to use as compared to other hiring tools. I select the skills, I get questions and the test gets built. I invite candidates and the tool automatically does the follow ups.
