What do you like best about TrustLayer Web Security?

Censornet's Web Security product has proven to be a powerful and effective platform that has quickly helped to bring robust control to the web activity undertaken within our organisation.

Its clean and easy-to-use interface means the set-up of the service is relatively quick and painless, with solid reporting options to report and measure what our user base is doing and accessing.

What do you dislike about TrustLayer Web Security?

What do you like best about TrustLayer Email Security?

Solid filter rate, highly customizable, and fantastic support!

In Addition to the basic set of rules that already efficiently filters your email traffic, you can tweak those rules according to your needs or your customers.

Several other features, like executive tracking, make the life of your admin easier and the customer happier.

As an MSP, we don't only care about what products can and cannot achieve; even more important is the support in case something doesn't work as expected and the customer's production might be impacted.

What do you dislike about TrustLayer Email Security?

Some filter engines are "black boxes"; as a customer, sometimes you don't see why a message is blocked. But false positives rarely happen, and if you need to know what happened, their support will find out for you shortly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustLayer Cloud Application Security (CASB)?

This is a fantastic extension to the Web security solution, there are lots of reports to chose from. The product puts all the data from the web security soltuion into easily digestable reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is so much information you can get out of the reports it can be overwhelming. Luckily the team at censornet are incredibly helpful going through the information and suggesting which reports produce the best data for your specific needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustLayer Security Awareness Training?

We have been looking for a way to consistantly train our customers for a long time, this is the perfect solution as it doesnt involve someone taking an hour out train and instead gives small videos regularly. What do you dislike about TrustLayer Security Awareness Training?

What do you like best about TrustLayer Email Security?

The intelligence of the system is great and instantly stopped those "executive tracking" type emails which have made it through all previous solutions that we have used. The customer service and technical support is second to none! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustLayer Email Security?

Nothing really, I wish that the other optional modules were hidden when you first log into the dashboard (rather than red flags/"at risk" banners) but other than that it's a fantastic solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrustLayer Web Security?

The ease and simplicity of use. It's the type of product that you can work your way around pretty easily. The GUI is mostly clean, clear and simplistic. The support team is excellent and is very responsive to any questions you may have. They have an excellent knowledge of their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrustLayer Web Security?

I feel like there are a lot of manual entries at times to avoid false negatives. It's not an issue as such with Censornet, but you can end up with quite a big list of custom allowed URL's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
