This software offers some really great protections with a ton of different setting depending upon the company and employee usage. You can set this to block almost anything, or you can have it more toned down. Sometimes it constantly needs to do updates and or blocks programs you have been using that were always fine. It can sometimes mess with the browsers. What do you like best about Trellix Endpoint Security?

When getting product for work it was somewhat nerve wrecking, because like all other security programs they are somewhat difficult to understand better yet install properly. So out of all the protection and countless great things offered, this has to be the best due to having the ability to self install. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?

The only down fall that I personally encountered on the PC I installed program was the constant pop ups, it is a very very great program when it comes to security. But the only downside is that it thinks a majority of websites are no good, and wants to block or secure them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we switched to the service each PC in the offices had to get the new programs installed, since we would be and constantly view and look at patient information. That needs to be secured to a point of not allowing external drives possible steal or hack information. Which if that happened it would be a breach of HIPPA and Patient Privacy. What do you like best about Trellix Endpoint Security?

McAfee has been one of the best for years. They have a multi-platform (Mac/Windows) enterprise level antivirus, with central management console, daily updates, and lot of policies and flexibility. They have a large suite of product from Firewall to Antivirus, and can make your life easier since they are easy to understand, use, and deploy.

The UI is easy to use, and not to much impact on the performance of the PC. You still can work while using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trellix Endpoint Security?

The Mac version is a little bit less powerful than the Windows.

There is some feature missing compare to other "smaller" enterprise antivirus. When the company grow, they get less agile.

One of the cool features of McAfee Endpoint Protection is that we can define firewall rules for specific programs. The product is more user friendly. The software consumes a lot of RAM. This becomes a hindrance to computer users with low configurations. What do you like best about Trellix Endpoint Security?

1. Usability of the software is really good. Anyone with the basics can install and use it.

2. Web control add-on to the browser immunize the system very well ( The site report provided is pretty cool actually ).

3. controls on the system is well designed. We can easily customize the system according to what our work is (sometimes you just require malware).

4. Adaptive rule sets and IP spoof protection are amazing features.

5. Cloud security is undeniably great feature.

6. Remote access of the systems.

It should have been a light program and the RAM usage sometimes becomes a headache.
