What do you like best about Tech Tracker?
We use installation alerts to identify when accounts start using Salesforce, Pipedrive and Hubspot. Techtracker provides our team real time notifications so we can reach out to these companies and sell to them. We also use Techtracker to monitor accounts to see who changes CRM for upsell opportunities. Techtracker has driven extensive revenue based on that to our teams. What do you dislike about Tech Tracker?
Wish they could track more of our competitors, we requested it and will be included in the tracking soon, so that is nice. Also we love native enrichment in Salesforce that is not live yet but coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
