Do you provide training?
Yes, we do provide onboarding, responsive support and for enterprise Customers, we can arrange a 1-2-1 training session.
How does Priority Support work?
You always have a priority before users on a free plan – you can count on a really quick response, even within minutes. Yes – minutes!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments and PayPal. If you require additional payments methods, such as wire transfers, they are available on Professional and Ultimate yearly plans.
Are the payments secured?
Survicate takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason, we use Braintree to securely handle credit card information. Braintree is a Validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider.
What will happen when I go over my answers limit?
Your surveys will stop working when you reach response limit. The system will alert you if you are close to reaching your limit throughout your subscription period.
The surveys will restart immediately after you choose a higher subscription plan or purchase an add-on with additional responses.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, we do. We send them through email, but also keep them at your account at Survicate so that you can download them anytime, anywhere.
Is there a custom plan?
We offer a custom plan mainly for businesses with high responses needs, non-standard support requirements (SLA, custom agreement, success manager) or need custom implementation. Please contact us at sales@survicate.com to discuss details of such cooperation.

What do you like best about Survicate Enterprise?
The autogenrated templates allow you to create a survey in under 5 minutes. It is also very easy to use and analyze and is compatible with a host of other integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Survicate Enterprise?
The only reason why we would probably not renew with Survicate is due to the difficulty to extract reports in a reader friendly way. You can analyze the surveys on the website but you cant effectively export the results on anything other than a very clunky google sheet. They also constantly change their prices.
