What do you like best about Chatstack?

We can now communicate more easily with people who log into our website. Instantly asks us questions and we can answer them. If our visitor requests after the speech, the system also sends the correspondence note of the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatstack?

The homepage we use is a bit difficult. It could be easier. Sometimes incoming calls may be delayed, but of course it may be due to the internet. It would be great if there was a more user-friendly management panel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Chatstack?

Live help messenger services are so much easier to use than having to sit on hold for hours waiting for someone to pickup and try and resolve your issue. Being able to just go in a chat window and have my problem solved in minutes is so much more efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatstack?

The only downfall I can think of is things getting lost in translation because it does not make sense over chat or text message. So if someone does not understand the other and we have to call in our issues anyways, then it makes it pretty pointless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
