What do you like best about Secured FTP ( SFTP ) Server on Linux CentOS 8.2?
Best is that readily available yum packages, will install and configure in ease.
yum install ftp single command and modification configuration based on your rquirement
Since it is SFTP, having a secure feature- generate a ssl using open ssl and link in last section of configuration file.
