What do you like best about Scale Computing Platform?

There are many things that I like best about the Scale Computing Platform, but high availability is probably #1. Ease of use and great customer support are right up there so 1.1 and 1.2, I guess. They are also totally in tune with customer requests. I have asked for the ability to do things myself or have things done differently, and they actually listen and implement my suggestions on future releases. It is very comforting to be heard. What do you dislike about Scale Computing Platform?

What problems is Scale Computing Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were in need of a virtual environment to replace our aging server infrastructure. Along with a great platform to start virtualizing on, we found an easy disaster recovery setup as well. We have our main cluster at our main office, with a backup cluster at one of our branches. We are a utility in Oklahoma. In my mind, it's not a question of if we get a large tornado, but when. What do you like best about Scale Computing Platform?

Implemented Scale Computing HCI 10 years ago and have had zero issues since implentation. Hands down the best HCI solution in market for SMB's. Overall management of cluster and VM's is easily done with a single pain of glass, snapshot and DR easily configured and rolling upgrades which equals zero downtime in our production environment. Easy access to support and their ability to troubleshoot issues via a support tunnel on the cluster makes quick resolution to any minor issues encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scale Computing provides hosting for our core virtual machines."

What do you like best about Scale Computing Platform?

Spirco Manufacturing is running our third Scale cluster. The platform has never required a system restart. When firmware upgrades have been installed there has never been a virtual machine to go offline. VM snapshots are fluid. They only require a few clicks to complete. Cloning is a snap. The Scale Computing customer support is very helpful. Daily intercation has not been required to maintain the cluster.
