What do you like best about SAS Data Quality?

SAS is statistical software that can analyze a big set of data. This is an automatic program where you have to input the variables for which the analysis you want to perform. The program is very sensitive and chooses the statistical method based on your set of data. It is very useful for the big companies that are managing a big set of data daily and predicting any data trend or outcomes. For example, most biopharmaceutical companies employ SAS for clinical trial data analysis. Besides the calculations and analysis, there are different visualizations of data and predictions. What do you dislike about SAS Data Quality?

Know how to use SAS and usually complete the entire SAS program. Also, since the SAS program is a more advanced statistical program, you need to have basic statistical knowledge before using it. What do you like best about SAS Studio?

Lightweigh web based user interface that offers nearly all functionnalities from SAS Enterprise Guide. Being web based makes it a lot easier to maintain and deploy from an administrator standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAS Viya Platform?

The charts and AI generated analytics are incredibly accurate. I have checked many of the things that I've been given in chart/graph form and there have been zero errors. Not only is the platform "smart", but it's intuitive and very user friendly! Set up is quick and easy, integration was flawless. Customer service is top-notch! I use this platform many times per day! I have used SAS for 3 years and I believe that SAS does a great job in accessing data normality, data missingness and further to perform data cleaning to reach required dataset. What do you like best about Base SAS?

It runs batch code very well and has options for form like entry in a an in screen view. Most of the legacy code we have was built that way, but now I mostly use it to run code I initially created in EG, but now want to run on an external scheduler that runs a bunch of different programs in different languages. What do you dislike about Base SAS?

It's really not suited for the new programmer or the programmer with a bad memory. I often struggle to remember the correct syntax or option names so I find it much harder to use than EG. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For any analytics project the most difficult task is to bring the data and transform it to be business ready. Sas data quality helped us to profile data, preview and standardize it and monitor it so that we can avoid data issue at the analytics phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
