What do you like best about S-Docs?

I have Started Woking with S-Docs after I got my first Freelance Project about Salesforce; S-Docs has Made my work much easier in the generation of my Salesforce documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

I think sometimes it creates an issue while converting every form of documents; I think it is checking the mime type of documents.

Currently, i am using it for the conversion of my Documents previously, i have used a free tool that creates problems and does not have a backup feature with S-Docs I got everything in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about S-Docs?

S-Docs can be easily and completely integrated into an existing Salesforce system. I have tried various document generation systems and none convinced me as much as S-Docs. It's secure and works just perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

The different pricing models are a bit confusing and unfortunately S-Sign is not automatically a regular feature of the package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thanks to S-Docs, our entire company can create individual documents such as Word or PDF files directly in Salesforce. And that, with just one click, without leaving Salesforce and without integrating external tools. The files are automatically assigned to the case, contact or account. Perfect solution for us. "S-Docs makes my job easy"

What do you like best about S-Docs?

I have been using the S-Docs Mass Merge feature for several years now. I could not do my job without it! It took a little while to set it up, but if you follow the provided directions - mostly copying and pasting - it works perfectly (and I am no programmer, though you will need Salesforce Admin and Apex permissions to complete the set-up). My organization sends out thousands of mass emails a year and hundred of printed documents using S-Docs. S-Docs makes it so easy. I have the settings adjusted to place a file in each opportunity that I send out to, so there is no guessing as to whether the work was completed or not and you can see exactly what the contact received. I had tried other document/email generators and they were either too confusing or not robust enough. S-Docs is just the right level of ease and functionality. Additionally, with each update, S-Docs adds something to make it even easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about S-Docs?

I wish there were more options for future dating documents. There is an option to go one week out, which is great, but I'd like more options. Often we'll do a printing and mail it on the following day or two. Maybe options are there and I just have not discovered them yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering S-Docs:

If you are willing to put in a little bit of hard work in the beginning, it will pay off for thousands of documents to come. S-Docs provides easy-to-follow instructions with copy and paste templates, which worked just as promised. I am not a programmer and I was skeptical that I'd be able to complete the implementation with Salesforce myself (Apex is no joke!), but I followed the directions and I'm so glad I did, because S-Docs really made my job easier. Additionally, my managers thought I was a genius for bringing and implementing this to our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work for a non-profit and I use S-Docs to produce mass email and hard copy receipts and thank you letters. These documents are essential to our brand, they must look professional and keep with our overall visual themes. Integrating within Salesforce makes S-Docs a natural choice for our very small-staffed office. S-Docs allows an easy fix to a task that seemed overwhelming when I took it on. I noticed that you are looking to future-date documents, but are having trouble getting them to work more than one week out. I'm happy to report that using our arithmetic date math feature, you can future-date documents as far out as you'd like! I've included a link to the article that explains the feature here.

Not much - but one 'idea' I've had is I'd love to be able to 'transform' text on the fly. For example, into sentence case, lower case, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clear, admin and user friendly documentation. I can't underestimate how good this has been. Thanks to the documentation, we have custom buttons that generate specific documents, depending on certain circumstances. You can even have multiple documents generated.. and emails. What problems is S-Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having to generate letters for incoming students. With S-Docs it is incredibly fast and easy to generate PDFs and accompanying emails. The ability to have re-usable components such as letterheads etc has been incredible - one change, and everything is changed! What do you like best about S-Docs?

There are many upsides to S-Docs. We like that our data stays completely within Salesforce. I know the other guys say everything is secure and encrypted but, why risk it? The user interface is clean and straight-forward for creating new templates. Also, we really like the batch job feature of S-Docs. Provides so many options for document generation and delivery. And they fairly recently enhanced the user interface to be completely in Lightning. Great user experience. The one other big thing about S-Docs is the people - outstanding technical support and customer support. They actually seem to care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
