They had my 5 videos captioned in about 4 hours.

Although I was required to write a dislike - Rev assisted me through how to upload my video files along with the captioned files to the platform in order to caption my videos days after the service was performed.

While I do like the instant draft feature, I prefer a person actually transcribing it for me because it is way more accurate. However, it is pretty expensive to use this feature with the added rush cost as well. As a reporter, I sometimes need it quickly so I have to go with the instant draft. Rev is reliable, fast and easy to use. I like the feature that allows me to fast-forward to the audio that aligns with the transcript in case there was an inaudible part that I can quickly listen to and edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
