What do you like best about Qonto?
I have been with Qonto since I started my freelance activity. They meet all the criteria for me: reliability, responsiveness, innovation, and excellent value for money.
I am very satisfied with my daily use. The interface is particularly intuitive and regularly enhanced. Contrary to popular belief, the customer service is much more responsive than that of any traditional bank. Every time I needed it, my problem was resolved within a few hours. For me, it's flawless! What do you dislike about Qonto?
For me, not really any disadvantages, but if I really had to find some, it's important to accept the trade-off that it is an online payment institution and not a traditional bank. So no checkbook (I only needed one once in 4 years and I managed without) and no overdraft authorization. It's an adjustment to make and at least it avoids additional fees :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
