Why are the Anti-Spoofing policies in Proofpoint Essentials not working for me
They are catching way too many good emails and cannot see emails caught as fraud thru this policy in the Quarantine logs
We receive several thousands of emails per day.
The quarantine folders are quite big. We are looking a way to improve the filtering but despite the many rules we have configured, there are still lots of quarantined emails, and false positives too.
I would love a kind of AI in proofpoint :)
It would be very handy to have the option of view the full body message from the smart search and the option to forward the email to different users from the Smart Search section of the Admin console.
Currently users get a spam digest when they get an email in quarantined and as admin I have to release to them, we are exploring how best to allow the users safely release the email to their inbox themselves to ensure they receive the emails in a timely manner.
