What do you like best about PrizmDoc® for Java?

The user interface of VirtualViewer makes browsing through documents hectic and fails to enable me to locate the information I need. The zoom and scrolling functions are not smooth and ubresponsive giving me not control, over how I view my documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PrizmDoc® for Java?

The search capability is are somewhat limited, inaccurate and not allowing me to save time when looking for keywords. VirtualViewer has obstructed the way I engage with my documents decreasing my productivity and causing hassles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PrizmDoc® for Java?

It has not a user friendly interface but it also provides a seamless experience. It lacks it is a bit pricey. With this software I am not able to access my data from long as I have an internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PrizmDoc® for Java?

VirtualViewer lacks features and customization options. Its editing capabilities are limited which makes it less suitable, for making document modifications. The absence of processing slows down data processing. Theres no collaboration feature and limited file comparison options which hinders smooth teamwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a web based application so it is compatible with every device.It also supports a large types of document formats. It has also great number of advanced features like annoation, splitting, merging, etc. It also supports collaboration making it great for team works. Its UI is also very simple to use. What do you like best about PrizmDoc® for Java?

It works perfectly fine with all browthers(Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Also, it gives you the ability to view all kinds of documents (excel files, word files, images, PDF files, etc.). It also works perfectly fine not only on computers but also on smartphones and laptops. It pretty does all the work that I am able to do using a Microsoft word document in more customized way. The options for supporting multiple file formats gives it wider usability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The annotation tags when added will not show up in the selected place dynamically until you save it. If dynamic style changing is supplied, it would be much easier. Even the sticky notes changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
