Sourcing and managing company swag items is incredibly straightforward within the system, and the customer support that I receive from our Printfection team is second to none. It's painless to select items I need to ship to our shows and enter all the pertinent shipping information, and very straight forward to send unused items back to restock. Printection was super easy to implement, and the catalog of items we have to select swag items from is broad - they even source items that might not be in the current catalog! The customer service has been outstanding. Each time I've had a support request, the support team gets back to me quickly, thoroughly, and pleasantly. Not really a criticism, but it takes a little while to learn how to work in the Printfection platform. Anything new takes time to learn but I love that the platform has so many options, as simple as sending a card with our swag which our previous swag company did not have that capability. Their staff is always friendly and professional! It's very easy to order new items, and their design team is quick to turn things around and responsive to feedback. Sometimes it's hard to navigate between items, campaigns, and kits to make sure everything is set up right. They don't email invoices directly to you, you have to generate them in a report. So expense reporting can be a multi-step process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
