Precision Bridge Remedy Migrator is designed for customers who wish to automate the migration of data from their legacy BMC Remedy application to ServiceNow. The Store App supports migration of foundation data, (companies, locations, departments, cost centers, users, user roles, user groups, product catalog) while the full version can be used to automate the migration of CMDB, Knowledge, Incident, Problem, Change and Request applications. Each application is supported by a pre-built migration template which can be customised to include additional forms and custom fields if required. Includes options to migrate record attachments to ServiceNow equivalent; Includes option to migrate work-logs to ServiceNow journal entries; Includes support for Managed Service Providers with option to migrate all data relating to a specific company if required.
