This tool helps us win and retain clients. The training was thorough and it's fairly easy to use. The cost is fair. Employers with 100+ employees expect to see this type of info. When we present it, it helps build confidence in our expertise and experience. We are able to successfully negotiate with carriers to ensure a fair and accurate renewal for our clients. No major dislikes. It's pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it. You need two years of data to have an accurate picture. It would be very cool if you could go back and add the initial renewal and final/negotiated renewal so that you could show the client how accurate the tool is. It would also be impactful if you could pull a report to show a client this info year-over-year so they could see how hard we are working to get them a fair renewal.
