What do you like best about PDF-XChange Editor?

There are LOADS of options to work with, and the menus are well-organized. It is light and nimble, and it doesn't seem to take too much memory. It is localized, which is goof if you prefer to customize the interface according to you language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDF-XChange Editor?

The menu icons are really colorful and detailed... maybe too much? I prefer a sober look, but it remains clear enough to find the UX usable. It's like too much details get me out of my reading flow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PDF-XChange Editor?

Editing and marking the pdf, being a Chartered Account we use a lot of PDFs, so while making the PDFs, we need to highlight certain points, mark a few things, and Edit certain things for a better explanation, so we had used different applications, but PDF- Xchange Editor was the best among all these, and one more use of it is we merge various pdf's so the application does it for us, so we don't need to go online attach the documents, merge it and then again download, but this application has made it so easy for us, by doing it offline, without any download and upload headache. What do you dislike about PDF-XChange Editor?

Nothing, only for using a certain function which is not available on the free version, so we need to go for the premium version, which is too costly, but fortunately, my organisation has taken the premium version, so I had used all the function of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We prepare the pack for the upper level management so that they don't need to refer to the complete excel sheet, so the pack is prepared in the PDF, so for making the pack in PDF we need to merge many PDFs, edit them, write on them, highlight them. this makes the pdf more presentable and help them understand it very easily. It allows to edit, change, and read at much lower costs than Adobe. However, it is a very powerful tool and allows to do a variety of functions that are not available in most other tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Any plugins required by this tool are required to be pre-loaded before opening the pdf file. Sometimes the plugins are not loaded by default, and the pdf needs to be relaunched to use those functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PDF Exchanger is one such tool that seems better than Adobe acrobat. Because here you can open multiple PDF's and edit, highlight PDF and do free searches over the PDF.Its easily editable and you can insert comments and extract pages and recreate separate PDF also Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PDF-XChange Editor?

I think the simplicity of editing PDFs was the best part of this for me. A lot of other software programs aren't as user friendly as this one. I'm not the most adept as using software but this one was simple to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
