What was your experience with onboarding as a small business (less than 10 employees)? I'm learning of a lot of problems with my account a year after onboarding that I'm very frustrated about.

My PayChex rep sent FOUR videos about FLEX. Most of the videos seemed more like promotional material; I didn't find anything in the videos that actually instructed me on how to set it up. Went from 9 employees to 5, yet your charge to process our payroll did not decrease. Surely less work for you should translate to less cost for us, or is your fee a flat fee across the board, regardless of headcount?

When I log in to submit payroll, it takes about 15 minutes for it to be ready . Sometimes I use that time to look around at reports, etc. However, still it seems i have to log out and log in again in order to get the current paycheck stubs.
