Could you gear the instructions to the CLIENT instead of the PayChex representative?

My PayChex rep sent FOUR videos about FLEX. Most of the videos seemed more like promotional material; I didn't find anything in the videos that actually instructed me on how to set it up. I expected something like "se up an account with user name and password" and then "fill in the information about your company/organization." When I told this to our rep, she re-sent the same videos.My take-away was that I would be doing most of the work the PayChex rep does now! Am I missing something?

Paychex provided a printout that we give to employees that tells them how to set up their accounts. When I set up the company's online account a few years ago, our payroll rep walked me through it on the phone. The site has changed since then, but I've been able to navigate by using common sense as opposed to the videos. You should speak up and demand (politely) personalized help.
