What do you like best about Own from Salesforce?

We reviewed multiple different Salesforce backup solutions, but OwnBackup was the clear winner. Not only do they have a robust backup and archival platform, their service and support is among the best out there among SaaS companies! They will help you every step of the way to ensure you're set up properly and will guide you through any processes if you ever get stuck for any reason. What problems is Own from Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?

OwnBackup ensures that all of our data is safely backed up in the event of data corruption, changes, or failure of any kind. We use the archival component to save on Salesforce storage space. We can see the archived data directly within Salesforce and so you can't even tell it's being stored on OwnBackup's servers. We're saving money on Salesforce by not having to pay so much for storage space and we have peace of mind, knowing that we can recover data at any point and store information as long as we want.
