It is beneficial to collaborate with teams in order to allow rapid and decisive activities. Moreover, the use of machine learning and artificial intelligence to gain greater knowledge is very interesting during analytical process and predictive analysis. The most important drawback I have experienced is that we would not be able to identify the cause of the error if an error occurs while running a report or trying to back up a data package. I like it because it allows you to ask any question and access precise and well defined graphs and analytical data, it has a superior interface and graphical functionalities that allow a more attractive visualization and a more efficient and complete presentation model where you can easily modify different parts of the analysis to make them more concise and dynamic. In general we actually like the product. We wish to see extra capacities added to data visualization such as conditional formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that it operates as both an enterprise and ad hoc solution means it's very powerful. We can have canned reports with the classic interface for our repeatable dashboards and analyses, and users can create their own visualisations with the Data Visualiser. A lot of focus has gone into the DV and certain analysis types are not available on the classic interface. Sankey diagrams are an example I'd like to use but they aren't available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's pretty easy to use for the most part, there are some good features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are definitely some challenges in with some of the reporting, I don't like the fact that it has limits on 60,000 rows, especially in cases where that is definitely not the case. The gauge graph doesn't seem to work quite right most of the time. Changing the backup storage user password every 60 days. I don't feel that error codes are always very helpful. OAC enables you to bring data from multiple sources, but i'm more impressed with the enhancement of that data to enable you to tell an even deeper data story. The data flow enables you to perform machine learning without having to code anything. The only downside is oving the algorithms to enterprise level, enablig the extra security and distrabution of the models around the business (gloabally). I believe with this feature the gap between POC/ ideas to deployment globally would enable the product to examand further Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In case of vpn connectivity of mobile device , it will create issue. It does not support heavy images.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3 things I’m disappointed with

1) it isn’t intuitive to use and takes a lot of time to figure out how to use different features

2) when a new feature is added, it is sometimes too basic and cannot get the benefit out of it

This is amazing product with seamless integration and reporting capabilities, which supports most of the business needs efficiently.
