From day one, what impressed us most was how this platform truly understands complex B2B needs. The ability to create personalized buying experiences for each client with custom catalogs, tiered pricing, and role based permissions has been revolutionary for our wholesale business. Unlike simpler e-commerce solutions, Optimizely CC handles our intricate product configurations and bulk ordering workflows effortlessly. The deep SAP integration eliminated countless manual processes, while the intuitive admin dashboard (once we learned it) gave us unprecedented control over our digital storefront. What do you dislike about Optimizely Configured Commerce?

We had to bring in a pricey consultant just to set up basic workflows - not cool for a 'configured' solution. The cost hurts too - we're paying about 40% more than other B2B platforms, and still get nickel-and-dimed for customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Optimizely Configured Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Optimizely CC finally solved our nightmare of managing complex B2B pricing rules and custom catalogs for different clients no more spreadsheet hell! It's saving our sales team about 15 hours/week by automating approvals and order workflows. Plus, the SAP integration actually works (unlike our old system), so finance stopped yelling at us about reconciliation errors. Biggest win?
