What do you like best about OpenText ProVision?

We deal with hundreds of providers in our platform (B2B transaction), and we are also dealing with clients (consumer users, B2C), and enterprise execution efficiency is essential for us. Before applying a new strategy, we usually need to analyze the business process. We have used some other similar tools, and these are either too heavy and not agile to make a decision or inaccurate.
