Well I had customer service support by email but the email was generic, so it's not clear if I'm contacting a generic invoice or to the customer service person assigned to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Onboarding: very easy, I was contacted by a member of Omnipresent and had to send a few documents through emails and that was all the onboarding required to get started working

- Payroll: always paid on time, no need to worry about taxes or accounting like you would as a sole trader / ltd
