What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent enabled us to find a solution to our business critical need when an employee requested to work overseas.

The platform is easy to use and there is always help available with any queries.

We will now be exploring the option to integrate with our existing HRIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

There are of course additional costs to our business related to working with an EOR. In respect of the service however, there is nothing I can think to comment on here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

One of the best things about the Omnipresent system is its user-friendly, centralised platform that brings all aspects of global employment into one place. The dashboard is set up to give a clear, real-time overview of each employee's onboarding status, payroll, compliance, and benefits, making it much easier for me and managers to track everything across different countries. Instead of juggling multiple tools or platforms, users can rely on Omnipresent as a single source of truth for their international workforce.

Customer Support is also very helpful and is able to assist quickly and effiecently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

Although Omnipresent works hard to manage compliance across multiple countries, some users might find that the platform still has occasional limitations when handling highly specific, region-specific regulations or unique employment norms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

It simplifies remote onboarding by handling all compliance, tax, and HR complexities, which gives me peace of mind to focus on my role from day one. The platform offers clear steps to ensure I have everything set up, plus their dedicated support team adds a human touch and makes it easier to address specific questions that may come up. Omnipresent step-by-step approach for onboarding made it easy to provide the necessary documents and get my contract and benefits set up quickly. Their platform also tracks everything from initial onboarding to ongoing payroll and benefits updates, so I never feel left in the dark about any employment requirements. It’s also reassuring that they handle legal requirements and contracts seamlessly, which can be challenging with international work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

One improvement I’d suggest is adding a feature to track annual leave allowances directly on the platform. This would make it easier to manage my time off independently rather than needing to contact the HR team for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
