What do you like best about Omnipresent?

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

The onboarding process was smooth and rather quick. I got all the necessary information right away and the portal is filled with videos, explanations and chat assistance. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate so it's not ofen I have to reach out for support as everything is already in the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

The downside is they don't have a number for customer support so it's all via emails, which can take a while, but the team responds rather quickly. There were some cases where my onboarding agent wasn't responsive, but other colleagues jumped in so the issues were resolved. An improvement to the communication with clients would also be appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

The best being the customer success, their prompt actions, transparency and keeping posted of the upcoming features. Their product team too seems to be very receptive to our feedback. Ease of implementation was good as onboarding took a less time and thus ease of use - resulting into the ease of integration and data transfer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

A good improvement would be on the bulk download option or leave approval (right now it's only leave FYI for manager) - I think its on their scope for future release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
