What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I was onboarded to a new job through the Omnipresent platform, the process was easy to follow, and everything worked well. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Its user friendliness. As an employee it's good to have everything in one place, and don't have to go through some tedious processes for diferrent stuff, like holidays, expenses, etc. Also, the customer support is great, they reply fast, and they remind you whatever you need to add. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I moved to Spain recently and was confused about local legislation, "cita"s you need to get everywhere and tons of documents you need to provide from the beginning. Thankfully, my company hired Omnipresent to manage all the processes, and on this platform, I had a clear checklist – step-by-step on what to do and which information to provide to start working in Spain legally. What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent manages all aspects regarding employment for any business. For employees, the onboarding is quick and straightforward, through frequent interactions with a responsive support team. Managing employment and expensing is easy. For the employers, setting up a new employee in the target country is also quick and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

I've had the smoothest onboarding experience with Omnipresent with extremely user friendly software and fantastic service from their onboarding team before my new role. The system was easy to use and efficient, and the Omnipresent onboarding coordination and support teams were very responsive, kind and professional to my enquiries. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Proactivity but specially reactivity. Communications are clear and friendly. No answer to our questions are delayed in any way. At certain times, it does not accept files to upload. I would also suggest improving the translation of some terms. Confusion occurs in the paragraph when you have to leave the Social Security number with the contact details of the person to contact in case of emergencies. What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Working with Omnipresent has made managing our global HR and payroll much simpler. Their platform is intuitive, and their team has been responsive and knowledgeable throughout our partnership.

They've helped us navigate international compliance with ease and saved us time on administrative tasks, especially around onboarding and payroll. While no system is perfect, Omnipresent has consistently addressed our questions quickly and professionally.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent's quest for efficient and powerful platform is a sign that they value their customers. They continously improve their platform making it easier for us to find immediately what we need such as expense report, documents of the employees, invoices, etc.

Next I like is their customer support as they respond immediately to any of my query. They also send updates to inform me that they are working on my case.

And lastly, I like best is the kind of service our CSM, Alba, is giving to Pearson. She is always on top of every query or issue I present to her. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?
