Ease of use is my favourite thing about omnipresent. Having a central place where I can access all my information is helpful. I really like their customer service team, they answer any questions I have on a timely manner and transparent about delays. An employee needed to get up and running in less than a week's time and the Omnipresent team was able to execute that.

Nothing specific, I think some of their partner firms are not as diligent on getting account set up as Omnipresent are. The pension partner has a delay and their benefits platform did not send the welcome package straight away, but the Omnipresent team themselves are quick to respond and very knowledge.
