What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Other than the basic things you'd expect with a PEO provider, Omni really doesn't have much to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

It's almost impossible to get hold of anyone at Omni. Their billing system is a mess and have invoices us wrongly almost every other month. Trying to get them to refund us any extra amounts they owe us is an absolute nightmare.

They really need to sort out their operations and customer success teams. Takes ages for anyone to reply to anything.

I have spent so much time trying to follow up and correct their mistake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Simple design and layout. Enabled us to move staff to EOR with no issues. Lots of guidance, advice and recommendations from the team as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Omnipresent is an easy to use and navigate platform for managing our international employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

I would like to have the ability to view submitted pay additions, ie:bonus and commission numbers. Currently, the ability to see scheduled payments outside of standard salaries is not there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

Nothing comes to mind yet. They are more expensive than the other platform we use (Deel) but their customer service is a lot better so I under stand why we pay more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Omnipresent?

First, I like the attention and the polite way my adviser treats me all the time. Second, the easier way to attach all the documents and the way that is the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Omnipresent?

I think that sometimes the platform asks for documents and details that in my country don't apply, so maybe you can change the platform or the things you ask for depending on where the person is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
