It is easy ti use and at the same time integrated with other (sales, crm, accounting,...) apps which utilizing there features over the chatter tool.

I have the ability to send instant messages to my coworkers or to send and receive order-related emails. I can send a quotation. The discuss app chatter allows my coworkers and me to stay updated on order status and customer communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo Discuss?

If you manage your email through a provider such as Google or Office 365, Odoo requires a separate catchall account for outgoing email and bounced email. There is no facility for assigning an email alias to the same account and having Odoo separate the emails accordingly. I have had too much trouble with customer's email providers such as AOL, centurylink, embarqmail, windstream, etc. blocking email from small companies, regardless of blacklisting or other metrics. So I didn't attempt to manage all of our emails through Odoo, though that is an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Odoo Discuss?

It has a large community of users and for this type of application is has one of the better support teams to call and resolve issues.

It also has a very good framework and we discovered it is easy to develop using it.

In Multi-Company, we discovered there are many errors.

Also, the ability to develop reports could be much improved. I wish it has something like Crystal Reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
