After Using windows server 2003 or 2008 operating all IT industry and system administrators has good relief, it was server 2012. It has many advantages like Refs file system, Hypervisor, powershell version 3.0 and IIS 8 and more over advantages like storages and pools, live migration..Those are the best features included and still it's user friendly for Window's administrator's. Mainly server manager console is very easy to understand and os installation is super fast and booting time also faster.. configuring Active directory easy than dcpromo in server 2008.
