Because of the many features, it can be a bit overwhelming when first starting to use it. Also, the average monthly cost is decent, but the only option I saw was to be billed annually. It would be nice if there was a month-to-month payment option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too many extremely disruptive technological issues that cannot be solved. For example, duplicate calendar issues, outlook integration randomly disconnecting... In addition to this, the CRM is not very modern. It does not integrate well with other applications, it takes many steps to complete a simple task, and many of our users find it to not be user friendly.
