What do you dislike about ManageEngine Browser Security Plus?

During the staging environment upgrade, I encountered several unexpected issues that significantly extended the upgrade duration. Based on Engineers directive require a snapshot of the associated SQL database instance on the production server. This snapshot will serve as a rollback point in the event of any issues during the production upgrade, and the production upgrade process is expected to be time-intensive.
