While I have not been using Loopio that long, it is easy to use and has really helped provide standard responses to security assessments from our clients. Loopio simplifies a task that is utterly daunting without such technology to make easier. Thankfully, the team continues to improve upon their product in order to keep up with this demand. Required maintenance of the product is very challenging as the content ages and the repsonsible teams undergo churn. We have never managed to set and follow good maintenance practices that a small team can support, therefore Loopio's effectiveness and our own resources have suffered. It allows me to provide roadmap updates and releases in a single location which is then usable and accessible by the bid management teams when responding to tenders, reducing the amount of time spent pinging messages back and forth or them hunting for documents. It took awhile to get used to the way the search algorithm works, but we adjusted or it got better. Not sure which.

I like that they are always improving the product. I also am very impressed with their customer service thus far. It was very easy to learn and to roll out to the SMEs. We had an extensive database to begin with so we rapidly ramped up. Also when we have had issues, they have done their very best not only to correct the problem but to go above and beyond.
