Loop is the first subscription software I've used. I needed a lot of guidance, the documentation and customer service were my best allies. I catched up very quickly. The customer support is excellent and they are always adding new features. The team is very hands-on and willing to help us get things set up, or listen to our feature ideas. Moved over from Recharge earlier this year due to frustrations and limitations. Loops service and support are above and beyond, and they are very attentive to both your needs and your success. The platform itself is extremely robust, boasts many features, yet still intuitive and easy to manage and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
