What do you like best about Loop Subscriptions?
I love how easy it is for the customer to navigate through the app and make changes to their subscription. I think user experience is super important and my previous app didn't offer a lot of 'no brainer' options for the customer, like being able to process an order straight away, and also being able to adjust their ongoing order easily.
After switching to Loop, it was amazing to see how much customers were changing their subscription around. From my point of view this means that customers always wanted these features, and previously they weren't able to easily make the changes they want. This would lead to either direct churn, or at the least lower LTV as they decided the subscription wasn't for them.
Loop is also aggressively implementing new features on their app, so I can tell that they want to build an even better ecosystem for their customers which will lead to an even better customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Loop Subscriptions?
The only minor dislike I have at the moment is how they handle prepaid (gift) subscriptions. However, their team helped me implement the best version of a prepaid gift that they can do right now which uses shopify's order scheduling to implement the orders.
They are currently working on their own module for prepaid (gift) subscriptions which is apparently set to be released Q1 2024.. so by the time you're ready to join Loop it may already be a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
