"It's easy to use and intuitive"

What do you like best about LILT Platform?

What do you dislike about LILT Platform?

I can't access it on my tablet or smartphone, but it works fine on a PC. Given the features, that might actually make sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LILT Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was a bit reluctant to use complex and expensive translation tools, but LILT is free, easy to use, and high quality. Task management is also straightforward. All I need to do is wait for work, handle it, and then get paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Platform is fine, freelancer management is not"

What do you like best about LILT Platform?

What I like best about LILT is the CAT-tool, it is very efficient. Machine translation is quite good and works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LILT Platform?

What I dislike about LILT is the management. They rarely respond to queries. Last week a task just vanished from my dashboard while I was working on it, it was 2 days before the deadline. I sent e-mails to multiple people and no one responded. They do not value their linguists, if you work there you will be just another number on their list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LILT Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Batch QA is quite slow and has a lot of bugs. Mostly useless.

They have improved it over the last year, but the QA has some significant difficulties with Portuguese.

QA's recommendations usually refer to European Portuguese, even in jobs that involve Brazilian Portuguese. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
