It is very simple for us to use and it really helps make sure our company stays secure with any passwords we use. We bought this product to replace Dashlane and have never looked back since. Their sales team was great, the support we have gotten as an enterprise customer has been great, and we love having the product.

Sometimes the Chrome plugin is a bit overzealous when it comes to thinking fields are to be filled in when they are not so we run into some errors there occasionally. They also are getting a little much with the paid add ons even when you have an enterprise plan which is something cost prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, struggeling to find anything good!! Hardly ever use it, maybe 1 a month. I prefer Bitwarden and we will eventually make this transition. Keeper is difficult to use and implementing it was a pain as well. Do not use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just about everything. Horrible GUI, lack of automation, poor documentation (outdated and sometimes inaccurate), bad customer service, raises the cost significantly after first yr or 3 yr (which ever you signed for).
