How do I terminate a user?
I had a previous bookkeeper who has a keeper profile. She left without any communication of her password. I need to crack the profile or terminate the profile so i can recreate with the same email. No luck with customer service.

WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY HELP FROM SUPORT
Keeper stopped working after I bought the iPhone11 ProMax. It locked me out. then wanted me to pay for a new subscriptions /i did this/.still hasn't worked since this am 16 hrs ago. How can the search function be improved?
Allow for multiple search terms in a single search. This would enhance the ability to locate a singular item/password within the large database of records.
