WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING ANY HELP FROM SUPORT

Keeper stopped working after I bought the iPhone11 ProMax. It locked me out. then wanted me to pay for a new subscriptions /i did this/.still hasn't worked since this am 16 hrs ago. Reported this problem 12 hours ago . Support got back to me to help at 9pm. Now its 12:45. The spinner is still spinning, not allowing access to my DEVICE, as per Keeper stated.

I’ve had some good experiences with support but have had some issues as well, and have had some basic feature requests (things LastPass and Dashlane both have) shrugged off. I’m in the process of switching password managers because of this.

Their support isn't the best. Usually, I had to contact them multiple times to get an issue resolved.
