What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

We only use Kallidus for our mandatory learning modules at this stage but set up was very easy and initiative. Customer success managers have been helpful at each stage. The interface is very easy to use and from an administrative point of view it's easy to identify your top learners and where there's the most engagement with the platform. What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

The offering isn't as wide as some of the other providers we've viewed when looking at expanding our LMS offerings.

"Easy and Intuitive"

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

User-Friendly Interface: Kallidus UI makes it accessible for both administrators and users. The design is clean, and the learning experience is pleasant.

Reporting and Analytics: The reporting and analytics tools are at industry standard. We can track progress, engagement, and assessment results, facilitating data-driven decision-making and continuous program improvement.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

Price: Kallidus pricing is on the higher side, particularly for smaller organizations. While it offers many features, it might not be the most budget-friendly solution and many of those features may not be needed for some organisations.

Learning Curve: Despite its user-friendly interface, there is still a learning curve for administrators who are new to the system. Some features and configurations may take time to master.

Integration: Kallidus offers several integration options, but it could benefit from more pre-built integrations with popular HR like BambooHR, streamlining the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

I chose Kallidus from several other suppliers initially because I thought the content, delivery of content was the most professional and covered all learning styles. It was a good mix and engaging.

The consultative scoping, onboarding and setup process were excellent all the way through to go live. The team were very engaged, and helped to cover the gaps in our process that I wasn’t even aware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

We had one issue that kallidus did set out from the offing, it isn’t an LMS system as our budget precluded that route. Kallidus team found a work around that gave us the user experience we were after.

Part way through the scoping process, I did have the option to go for an LMS from our IT provider, but we chose Kallidus based on the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

The interface is very user-friendly - it's easy to navigate and clear to follow. The ready-made content is good quality and has been well-received by users. From an admin perspective, set up is relatively straightforward and the customer service team have been great - no task has been too small and they are always quick to respond. What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

The only area that could do with some improvement is the view of the course catalogues. The scrolling banner style catalogue is not the most effective and can make it difficult for learners to easily see exactly what's available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a fully comprehensive LMS which means we are able to effectively and efficiently monitor training records, push learning to employees and identify gaps across the business.
